Redmine 3.0にglossaryプラグイン（用語集）を入れたらエラーで動かないので、原因を調査し、動作するための修正を見出す。 

 終了条件：動作するための修正を見出す。動作するglossaryプラグインを見つける。あきらめる。 

 エラー再現手順 

 * 次のリポジトリを@/var/lib/redmine/plugins/@に展開 次のリポジトリを@/var/lib/redmine/plugins/に展開 
 https://github.com/maxrossello/redmine_glossary.git 
 * Unicorn再起動→起動失敗 

 エラー内容 

 * @/var/lib/redmine/log/unicorn.stdout.log@より
